Accomodation
 

30 Well-appointed cottages ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Traditional Kerala architecture combined with complete adherence to the dictates of "Vastu" ensures a soothing and invigorating ambience. Each Cottage is named after Malayalam astrological signs. The trees planted around each cottage have been selected according to astrological tenets. Each cottage is unique in design. The cottages have been constructed in the typical Kerala style of architecture using locally available raw materials like Black Granite, laterite, Clay and country made bricks.

A white Valambiri conch placed in each bedroom ensures the retention and flow of positive energy.

  Conferences & Banquets
 

A Spacious A/c conference hall of 60 pax and a well appointed board room of 20 pax provide the setting.

  Recreation
 

A badminton court and indoor recreation room are among the facilities that offer guests a chance to relax and interact. Other facilities include Jogging track, billiards room, tri cycling, Tennis court, health club, sight seeing & cards room . A business center fully equipped with a cyber café, Photostat machines, and fax machines help guests to keep in touch with their business.

A multi cuisine restaurant serves healthy wholesome food. A qualified dietician helps guests to choose the right kind of food taking into account their ailments or dietary requirements. All items are made from organic vegetables grown in Kairali's own garden. This leads to a whole new dimension in the enhancement of health and the joy of eating.

Kairali offers facilities for special poojas like Ganapathi homam, Mrithyunjaya homam and Shatrusamhara homam. Training in martial arts and traditional art forms is imparted under the Kairali Kalakshetra programme.
